Splitting the border of California and Nevada, Lake Tahoe is one of the most breathtaking spots on the American West Coast. From emerald waters to towering peaks, the scope of the area's outdoor beauty is endless, and the flora and fauna that reside there are vibrant and thriving. With year-round activities, such as hiking, boating, and skiing, there is something for the whole family to enjoy, and one would be hard-pressed to find a dull moment at this all-American wilderness retreat.
