Awards and Recognition
In October of 2024, Active Imagination took home the second place prize in the Family Comedy Short category at the Beyond Entertainment Family Film Festival (BE3F) in Cape Coral, Florida. In July of 2025 the film was screened as part of the San Diego International Children's Film Festival (SDICFF) during the annual San Diego Comic Con event. In the fall of 2025 the film was selected to screen at both the Kids First Film Festival in New Mexico and the 13th annual Boston International Kids Film Festival. In 2026 Active Imagination will continue to excite audiences as part of the Los Angeles International Children's Film Festival which coincides with Anaheim's annual WonderCon event.
